Grangemouth have a well established ladies team and we are always looking to welcome new players to the club. No matter your age (18+) or experience level, there's a place for you here

Please don't be afraid to come along and give it a try

Training is held at Grangemouth Rugby Club on a Wednesday night 7:30pm till 9pm
